Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Opexient ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through opexient.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We operate from Ontario, Canada, and aim to handle personal information in line with PIPEDA and Canada's anti-spam legislation (CASL).
What we collect
- Information you give us through the contact form: your name, email, phone number (if you choose to provide it), company, and the message you send.
- If you tick the callback consent box, we also record that you consented, when, and the wording you agreed to.
- Basic technical information needed to operate and protect the site (for example, to prevent spam submissions).
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange a discovery call.
- If you provided a phone number and consented, to place an automated callback to schedule that call.
- To improve our services and communications.
Automated callbacks and consent
We only place automated callbacks to people who provide a phone number and explicitly consent on the contact form. Consent is never assumed — the box is unchecked by default. You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any message from us or emailing contact@opexient.com. Any automated call will identify itself as an AI assistant.
How we store and share it
Your information is stored securely with our service providers and is not sold. We share it only with the tools we use to operate the site and follow up with you, and only as needed for those purposes.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at contact@opexient.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.
