A new studio, with years of operations behind it.
Opexient is just starting out — and we want to be upfront about that. What we bring is hard-won experience in how operations actually run.
Opexient was founded by a supply-chain solution architect with years of experience designing and running warehouse, inventory, and operations systems for businesses that move real product every day.
That background matters. Automating a business is not about bolting on the latest tool — it is about understanding the messy, real-world workflows underneath, and knowing which parts are safe to hand to a machine and which need a human.
We are now applying that operations knowledge, plus modern AI, to the repetitive work that quietly drains small and mid-sized businesses: data entry, follow-ups, exception handling, reporting, and the phone calls that never get returned.
We are based in Brantford, Ontario and work with clients worldwide — on-site when it helps, and remotely when it does not.
Because we are new, we are offering free discovery calls to business owners. Worst case, you walk away with one concrete idea for automating a task. Best case, we save you hours every week.
Honest by default
We only show what we have actually built. No borrowed logos, no invented testimonials. If something is a demo, we say so.
Outcomes, not buzzwords
We care about time saved and money kept — not about which AI model is trendy this week.
A human stays in the loop
Automation handles the busywork. People keep the judgment calls. That balance is how we build.
I started Opexient because I spent years watching capable teams lose hours to work a computer should be doing. I have designed and run the systems behind warehouses and operations, so I know exactly where the time goes.
Now I help businesses hand that repetitive work to automation — carefully, and always with a human still in charge. If that sounds like something your business needs, I would genuinely love to talk.
